At our Club we enable youth to develop their creativity and cultural awareness through knowledge and appreciation of the visual arts, crafts, performing arts, and creative writing. Our members engage in the Arts & Culture to express themselves, build confidence, and explore new avenues of communication.
Musical Masters
Despite the known benefits of having a musical education program, many schools have done away with their programs due to budget restrictions. The Boys & Girls Club of Ukiah realizes the impact that early musical training can have on students’ lives and have partnered with volunteer music instructors to create Musical Masters.
Musical Masters brings musical education to our club members in an instructional program in which club members learn to play the piano, ukulele or other musical instruments of their choice, at no extra cost to members.
Art Program
The Boys & Girls Club of Ukiah is the place where kids can learn to paint, write, sing or draw. Our Art Program includes painting, crafts, drawing, drama, cooking, music and more. We know that kids grow so much when they have the opportunity to unleash their imagination and creativity.
Our Art Program celebrates creativity, individuality, respect and diversity. Kids are free to learn and create through new artistic experiences and offer a creative outlet that kids crave and require for a balanced life.
